Marcus has long been hailed for his insightful, timely, and often poignantly humorous body of poetry, prose, and commentary. His writings have been featured in Ebony, Essence, and Rhapsody Magazines, as well as in numerous print journals and ezines. He's been praised for his skill at combining traditional poetic elements with a modern improvisational style to highlight issues of cultural, political, and societal importance.
Marcus has served as a tireless community advocate for 20+ years, having launched multiple nonprofit organizations of his own, including The Marcus Harris Foundation in 2018. He's also served on the boards of numerous other nonprofits and been actively involved with mentorship organizations, tutoring programs, and homeless shelters.
In his role as the head of our nonprofit services division, Marcus's primary goal is to help spur the growth and development of other nonprofit leaders, through the bolstering of strategic community and corporate partnerships, for the benefit of those in greatest need.

Franchesca is a dynamic marketing leader with a passion for creativity and drive to unlock untapped potential in businesses. As our Vice President of Marketing, she leverages her extensive expertise in marketing, creative design, and UI & UX design to craft innovative strategies that drive growth and enhance brand experiences.
Born in the Philippines, Franchesca pursued her undergraduate degree in Economics and later earned a Master of Business Administration from Hult International Business School in San Francisco. Her academic foundation, combined with her natural flair for creative expression, has positioned her as a versatile and forward-thinking marketing professional.
Beyond her corporate role as the head of our marketing division, Franchesca is a skilled digital artist who channels her creativity through drawing, as well as an avid reader, particularly enjoying contemporary fiction. She believes in the power of storytelling and its ability to connect people and brands on a profound level.
Franchesca's personal goal is to continually share her creative prowess and strategic acumen to help businesses thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape. She embodies the spirit of innovation, bridging the gap between artistry and analytics, and is dedicated to making a lasting impact.
